This page covers our two websites, fynscale.com and www.fynscaleos.com. Work we do for clients in the FynScale app and client portal is covered by each client’s agreement with us.

What you send us

When you fill in a form on either site, we keep what you enter: your name, email, company, what you need and how you heard about us. We use it to reply to you, and we email you to confirm we received it. An AI tool reads your request to help us decide how to follow up.

With your request we also keep your IP address, the page you sent it from, and the site or campaign link that brought you there. We may send you up to three follow-up emails over the next two weeks, and they stop once we are in touch.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics counts page views and which pages get read. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

We use analytics tools on our marketing website, fynscaleos.com, to understand how visitors use it. If you submit a form there, we connect that activity to the name and email you provide. We do not use these tools in the FynScale app or client portal.

These tools run only if you accept on the cookie banner.
