FynScale OS and Financial Cents
Both are built for accounting firms. Financial Cents describes itself as an all-in-one accounting practice management system built to grow with small firms. FynScale OS is the operating system we built to run our own firm, and we’re opening it to a small group of founding firms.
What FynScale OS is built around
- Reviewed delivery. Work reaches the client when the firm reviews and releases it. A contractor’s send waits for that review unless the owner has set the client to straight delivery.
- No setup. Fyn reads the statement of work you drop in and drafts the workflow for you to confirm. There are no templates for you to build.
- Every feature on every plan. Plans differ only by team and client capacity.
- P&L by client. The firm’s P&L by client sets client revenue against approved delivery cost.
- Built inside a working firm. FynScale runs its own client work on it every day.
The client portal
Financial Cents
Its client portal page says clients can upload documents, respond to requests, chat with the team, sign proposals, pay invoices by card or ACH and complete assigned tasks, in a portal branded to the firm.
FynScale OS
Clients see the work in their own portal once it is released: their numbers, finished work, requests, documents, messages and billing.
What it covers
Financial Cents
Its homepage names work management, a client CRM, a client portal, time and billing, proposals and reporting, with integrations including QuickBooks Online, Adobe Sign, Google Drive and tax software such as Drake Tax, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProSeries, ProConnect, CCH Axcess and TaxAct.
FynScale OS
Six connected areas: Command for what needs you today, Work for every job and handoff, Clients for projects, deliverables, agreements, billing and messages, Firm for your people with their cost and bill rates, Insights for the firm’s P&L by client, and System for the issues behind the scenes.
Pricing
Financial Cents
Its pricing page lists Solo at $19 a month billed annually, for single-user firms; Team at $49 and Scale at $69 a month per user, billed annually; and Enterprise at a custom price. Each plan offers a free 14-day trial with no credit card required.
FynScale OS
One subscription per firm, sized by people and active clients: Solo $399, Team $1,299 and Scale $2,499 a month, and Enterprise from $4,500 a month. Every feature on every plan. Implementation is scoped and quoted separately. Founding firms start with a free 30-day portal pilot.
Financial Cents details are from its own website on October 5, 2026, and may have changed since.
